Task Force Chairman
Repeal – to remove or reverse a law or regulation.
The RSC Repeal Task Force works to eliminate U.S. federal laws and regulations that inhibit, restrict, or are otherwise harmful to the American public. The task force focuses on laws that are unconstitutional, anti-free-enterprise, or otherwise counter to economic, strong defense, or socially conservative principles.
Members of the RSC Repeal Task Force will:

Agree to champion the repeal of at least one federal law or regulation

Introduce a bill or amendment for its repeal.

Pursue the introduction of Senate companion legislation.

Place information about their repeal efforts on their website.
The launch of this task force is a crucial step in stemming the dangerous pattern of expanded government control, and in freeing the American people to once again control their future.
